Okay, I realize that's a really crappy post title, but I couldn't think of anything else. Below is a link to a screenshot of loading "help and support" while using aero:

Now, here's a screenshot with WB:
Vista WBObviously, you can note how the window is pushed down from the top of the monitor and this is just after launching. I've had this problem with more than just Help and Support, just figured it was a good example, but windows that aren't maximized aren't always positioned properly when they launch, sometimes they are even pushed off to the right of the screen. I realize I can drag the window back into position, but would prefer not to do that all day if possible.
Is this a known issue, or is there a setting I'm missing?
